How you gonna cut your Smoke Eater "Bravest" New York Strip Steak?

I grilled these Smoke Eater "Bravest" NY Strip Steaks on the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity Smoker set at 600 degrees F using Fogo Lump coals.

The Steaks were seasoned with Saratoga Sea Salt & ground pepper. After removing them from the grill, I drizzled on some Saratoga Olive Oil & sprinkled on a pinch more of sea salt & then squeezed 1/2 of a lemon over the meat. I let them rest for 10 minutes & they were perfect!
