Pot Roast

This is the best Pot Roast recipe to use if you prefer a moist delicious Pot Roast as opposed to a dried out bland piece of shoe leather that you won't want to eat again for at least two years.

This Pot Roast recipe is easy to make using only a few ingredients.


-4 to 5 lb Beef Rump Roast

-1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

-1 package of Onion Soup Mix

-10 med cubed potatos

-1 lb of diced carrots

-1 can of peas

-Pink Himalayan Sea Salt & Pepper


1-In a dutch oven, stir together the mushroom soup, the onion mix, S&P & 2 cups of water.

2-Add the roast into the mix, cover & cook at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

3-After cooking for 3 hours, add in the potatoes, peas & carrotts & cook for another hour.

NOTE: If gravy is too thick add water to desired consistancy.
