Introducing Smoke Eater Gourmet Meats "Backdraft" Pork Chops!

These restaurant quality thick Center Cut Bone in Pork Chops are tender & juicy & have a sweet delicious flavor!

Rubbed with Nashville Heat Sweet Chipotle Sauce & Stevie B's Nashville Dry Wonder Rub from the great state of Tennessee, then perfectly grilled, they paired perfectly with Smoke Eater "First Due Red" Pinotage! This was one easy to prepare delicious experience!



Ingredients:

- 2 bone in thick center cut Smoke Eater pork chops.

- 1/2 cup of Stevie B's Nashville Dry Wonder Rub.

- 3 tbsps of Nashville Heat Sweet Smoked Chipotle Hot Sauce (https://www.nashvilleheatsauces.com/)

- 1 tbsp of sea salt


Preperation:

1- Rub a few drops of the hot sauce on both sides of the chops.

2- Next, generously sprinkle the dry rub onto both sides of the chops and rub into the meat.

3- Grill on med high heat until the interior temp of the pork reaches a temp of 165 degrees F.

4- Serve with cole slaw & baked sweet potato with butter & cinnamon sugar paired with Smoke Eater "First Due Red" Pinotage!
