Herb Crusted Pork Loin Roast

This herb crusted pork loin roast is a quick easy to make meal that is porkin delicious!

Ingredients:

-1, 2lb Pork Loin Roast

-2 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (regular olive oil can be used as well)

-1 tbsp rosemary sea salt (or regular sea salt)

-1 tsp pepper

-1/4 tsp garlic powder (or a bit less than 1/4 tsp)

-2 tbsp thyme

-2 tbsp chopped parsley

-2 tbsp rosemary

- 1 tbsp sage powder





Directions:

1- Rub the olive oil over the entire roast.

2- In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients, mix together well.

3- Next, rub the mixed dry ingredients into the olive oil coated meat to create the herb crusted pork loin roast outer crust.

4- Roast in the oven at 475 degrees for 30 minutes & then lower the heat to 350 degrees and cook for another 30 minutes or, until your herb crusted pork loin roast reaches an internal temp of 155 to 160 degrees F.




I serve this herb crusted pork loin roast topped with sauted mushrooms & onions, with sour cream & chives yukon gold mashed potatoes, pork gravy, sauted parmesan broccoli & I pair it with Smoke Eater "All Hands White" Pinot Grigio"
