Whipped Ricotta & Honey

This great recipe from the Saratoga Olive Oil Co., is a light and easy 5-ingredient dip that can be made either sweet or savory that I plucked right off their website! Enjoy with zesty garlic toast or a baguette.

I have made this recipe using Saratoga's Smoked Olive Wood Olive Oil & it was Smokey Sweet Delicious!
